Is there a conflict with Newer Technology Maxpowr G3/G4 version 2.0.5 cache
enabler extension and MacOS 9.1?

I just added a 9 GB external drive to my 6100 and installed OS 9.1 on it.

There is nothing else installed on the new drive except the Maxpowr extension
and CP for the 300 MHz Newer Technology G3/300 MHz CPU upgrade.

When I open the Startup CP under 9.1 to switch back to the internal drive (OS
8.6) it "unexpectedly quits ... error type 10." If I turn off the Maxpowr
extension then the Startup 9.1 Control Panel works. I've trashed all preferences
and rebuilt the desktop.

Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a newer Newer extension or another
G3 cache enabler that will work?
