I've got somehow a similar problem: my IBM-Hitachi 9.1GB HD conflicts with my Crescendo G3 Upgarde Card. I've contacted Sonnet Support and they recommended me to see, extension by extension, if there's one causing some kind of conflict with Sonnet's extension.
