Imagewriters have a tendency to after a lot of use or a lot of disuse to clog up. The head will print one line and stop. The Apple people charged our school for cleaning one $50 bucks, and he had it working in less the 30 minutes. If anybody knows how to ungum that thing up, I would love to know. I have been to everywhere on the Internet looking for the answer. I end up having to throw away, perfectly good Imagewriter because of the head freezing up. It is not in the logic board. It has to do with clogging up some where. I have cleaned the chrome rod so that it is sparkling and sometimes that helps. But I would like to have an definitive explanation of the problem.
