It's also the 10th birthday of our beloved "First PowerMacs" (the 6100,
7100, and 8100).  According to the LowEndMac profiles, all three were
introduced on March 14th, 1994.

TEN YEARS!  It's amazing we're still using them productively.  How many
computers (including other long-lived Macs) are being used TEN YEARS after
their introduction as "day-to-day productivity" machines?  My 8100 has been
upgraded to a point where it might even be in daily use in 2014.

Maybe we should do something on 03/14/04 as an online celebration...
