I have a Laserwriter IIf on my little office network. I have a Performa 6116 CD that is souped up by a Sonnett G3. I also hook in my Powerbook 1400 CS (also souped with a Sonnett G3). They both have system 8.1, virtually identical INIT configs, but when I try to print from the Performa, mercy! but it takes FOREVER!

It wasn't always like that. Last week I did something stupid and ended up having to reload the system. I did a clean install. That's when things went bad.

Any ideas? I have tried copying the printer related files and drivers from the "good" powerbook to the Performa, but that made no difference. The Powerbook has no trouble printing. The same file that takes a half hour or more on the Performa takes a minute on the powerbook.
