My Roadrunner was setup using a Toshiba cable modem which had both an RJ45 and a USB connection. What I did is plug the USB into my computer and after setting up, connecting the RJ45 into a hub to which I connected my other computers. This was set up on RoadRunner out of Houston, TX. They won't tell you how to do it because they will charge you and charge a fee each month for you to have it set up that way.

Picture this: an iMac and a Performa 6115 and one Roadrunner drop. Is there a way that both Macs can share the Roadrunner connection and cruise the Net without paying for the second hookup?

BTW I don't condone illegal hooking up, and I don't have Roadrunner myself. This is an *academic* question.
