Hi Ken, Thanks for the response.
I've all the proper cables for ethernet, I've the computer connected up to my hub, yet it still won't work. I tried setting the IP manually, RARP, and DHCP. Both my RARPd and DHCP servers work fine. I see the Control Panel for TCP/IP. Is there any tool check the status of the link? I had downloaded StuffIT but most of the files were either in hqx or bin encoded, and I couldn't find anyway of decoding them. _BUT_, I looked again today, and found one that was a .sea, which I discovered was supposed to be self extracting. So, I put that on a CD, and copied it to MacintoshHD, but it won't open up, and I can't find a resource editor, or anything like that. It keeps asking me which program I'd like to open it with. *sigh*, perhaps I'll have better luck to-morrow. clark On Mon, Feb 16, 2004 at 06:54:09PM -0800, Ken wrote: > My Reply follows quote.
