Run the LocalTalk Bridge (or LaserWriter Bridge) on the 7100. That will make your LocalTalk laser printer available as an AppleTalk printer on the ethernet network. You will then be able to print directly from applications on any networked Mac. Since the 320 is Postscript Level 2 it should be compatible with OS X.
