I have a PowerMac 8100/110 with a Sonnet G3 upgrade card. I have been using a Radius Nubus video card, but last week I transplanted the computer to an old PC case in order to get access to the video pass thru slot on the Sonnet card and use my Apple HPV video card (which is much better than the Radius).

Since then, the machine has been very unstable. The video will become all distorted (like it lost synch). When I reboot, the video comes back but the Sonnet extension fails. Shift booting does not work either (Sad Mac). Any ideas? Is this a common problem with these upgrade cards?

I'm running 9.1 with 264 meg of memory.

thanks.

bob
