I think you are thinking of the 6360. The 6320 is pretty much just the same
as the others, but with a 120 mhz cip. MacTracker lists some of the 62xx's
as having chips from 75-120 mhz, but I have not personally seen (among the
hundreds of these I've owned) any 120 chips. I have found the 120 mhz chip
in a 6300 case and a 6320 case.
