right, the dsl modem should go into the dsl port on the net gear router, a computer 
should
go into port one on the router, the airport should work connected to any of the other
ports.  i don't know much about airport, not having used it, does the base station 
have a
connection for an adapter?  there is such a thing as a powered port, but i don't think
they are common or if the netgear can supply power from one of it's ports to other
equipment.  hopefully someone on the list will know about this, if not, try the g-list
which has a lot of people who do use air port.  you might also check apple's pages for
info on the airport base station.
