I'm trying to figure out why this mac wont read a UDF formatted CD-RW disk I
have.

I checked the control panel and all of the drivers are there to read the disk,
and the OS version (8.5) should be able to read them, correct?

So that narrows it down to UDF being broken, or the machine not being able to
read CD-RW disks.

As far as i know the machine has stock parts, and it reads normal CDs fine.

Any advice (other than junking it, of course) is appreciated.

TIA,
