Thanks Bryan,
After zapping the PRAM, taking out the ram sticks, tech tool testing
everything, taking out and reinstalling anything that was plugged into the
motherboard, I tried turning off Virtual memory, the old girl started up
just fine. Interesting, it seemed more like a a bad ram stick or some such.
I don't understand it but it works, can't complain.

How high can I go with system 9 on the 7100/66?
