Well, for digital photography, it could be a challenge to get the photos into the machine. Once there, the thing is a bit of a dog on anything that it "graphics intense." It runs Claris/AppleWorks ok. Anything that is memory intense (Microsoft stuff) could be a bit of a challenge. Not bad machines, but they do have a few shortcomings for some "modern" uses.
