As far as I know, there's no cameras built today that is serial-port or
SCSI-port compatible; all of them are USB (low/medium-end) or FireWire
(high-end).

But there's a hope for the NuBusers: the CD Sony Mavicas. Using the Joliet
Extension, you can read the photos recorded in the mini-CDs.
