i'd definitely cut a hole in the back and add another fan as well, make sure the power
supply fan has a proper vent, and add some air intake holes to allow air into the case 
for
the fans to exhaust.  and you definitely need the processor fan and heat sink.  also, 
on
the 7100 i had the thermal grease had gotten pretty dry, you might also want to pop the
heat sink and apply new grease, in this case even the radio shack thermal grease is 
fine,
though arctic silver is better (but get the ceramic version so you don't have to worry
about shorts).
