FWIW I had a hang at 35.7C trying to mount a toast Image within Toast 4.1.2. I rebooted and now it's OK. I also I am currently loading it by manipulating a 50MB TIFF Image in Photoshop 3.0.4 and it all seems to be going well. Thus I think any RAM defects would have shown up by now.
All I can suspect now is that the hard disk, which is kludged to the SCSI bus via a 2.5" to 3.5" adapter and an ACARD SCSIDE Adapter, all somewhat jury rigged into a very tight space. Could this be causing the problems? It seems to be when i load stuff so that might be it. Symptoms are the mouse pointer just locks solid and the computer stops responding. Reset button or three finger salute work ok.
