I just put OS 9.1 on my Performa 6116, and discovered the Multi-user. This is handy because my computer is out where people can mess with it when I am not around. So I set up users and gave the guests limited access. When in guest mode, I have a number of programs related to desktop publishing available.

Now, I have a couple of appleScripts that open various documents related to desktop publishing all at once. It works fine, of course in the normal mode. But when in guest mode, applescripts won't work. I get the message that I do not have access privileges.

I rooted around in "Help," but didn't find anything helpful. How can I get an appleScript to work in restricted modes?
