what does it take to turn a 1st powermac (a 6100/60 for example) into a cable modem router? I know IPnetRouter will be suggested but is there anyone actually using it? How do I go about the two ethernet cards necessary? I have an aaui-rj45 transciever and probably need a NuBus PDS adapter and a NuBus ethernet card? I know that cable modem must be plugged into one ethernet port (fixed IP) and that LAN must be on another (with DHCP services etc).
Any suggestions and/or recipes? I know that using a PCI powermac would be easier but I really like the low profile of the 6100.
Regards, Boris
