The only "gotcha" is that with the 6360 board you have to use the 6360 power supply. While it is true that the 630, 62xx, 63xx power supply will power the 6360 board, the 6360 power supply is beefier due to the 6360's PCI architecture and available PCI slot. I have a 638CD running a 6230CD MOBO and 2 6360's and have swapped MOBO's around a lot for t'shooting purposes and they all worked with no problems.
