A couple of years ago I set up a IIsi as a web server mail server on a DSL connection with a dynamic IP address using MacHTTP and Eudora Internet Mail Server 1.3.1 (free). Web serving was a bit slow on the IIsi but the Mail Server worked great. You will need to set up a dynamic DNS client and subscribe to a service such as Dynamic DNS. There are better ways of doing this, but this was 100% free and since I was just trying to learn it was great for me. I could not do this on my cable service since they block the ports used by servers. Though I was told I could get around this by port mapping I didn't have any success. Here are the links for the services and software I used. Good Luck.
