if you can solder, the port maybe fixable, if you like to replace surface mount parts. it's very possible that the mac will develop other problems over time, it's common for lightning to outright destroy some parts, and damage others just enough that they'll work for a while. if you are looking for a logic board, contact me off list, i have 2 spares.
