it's easy to get the board out. just remove everything else, remove the screws, and then it slides forwards (there are a couple of mounting slots with hooks in the case). the parts should be available at any electronics parts outlet (few computer stores carry chips). i'll check on the location etc. tomorrow, already too long a day today...
