so you are saying that the terrorist were ultra left wing eh? interesting. me thinks your brain is a bit over heated. the taliban would normally be considered ultra right wing in fact, though the terms left and right wing are often far too simplistic, as they are in this case since most would say you are right wing and so is the taliban but you obviously don't agree with them (and neither do i obviously) i didn't suggest that terrorism shouldn't be fought. there are appropriate responses and inappropriate responses as your' complaint demonstrates. i wonder if you would have supported nuking the many fine people of afghanistan who have suffered under the taliban for some time. i wonder if you realize that we promised to help them rebuild their country and government if they got the soviets out and then abandoned them creating the very power vacuum that allowed the taliban to take the country over from it's legitimate government. hmm, it would have been a lot cheaper to do what we promised rather than cleaning up the mess when the dog wandered into our yards.
frankly, the patriot act has little to do with terrorism and was opposed by many who've been in the fbi for a long time. it wasn't needed, it wasn't justified, and it's not constitutional. king bush is ruling by official order rather than passing laws since that dark day. democracy is under attack from within. i really hate to respond to this trash on list. stop and read it, it is so inconsistent as to have nearly no meaning. geez. just don't bother to read opinions you don't like, you know you can set up your email filters so you'll never be bothered by my opinions or any one else's ever again. alternatively you can lock yourself at home, disconnect the phone, get rid of the radio, tv, and newspaper and other subscriptions etc. what i'm saying, has been run in full page ads in leading news papers. no one at impeachbush.org has been arrested, even under current "law", i suggest you not dabble in law and perhaps take a class on critical reasoning, you've made some of the most irrational statements i've ever heard (saying it's inaccurate in one place, and then saying it's technically accurate in another). it really, really upsets me that you are trying so hard to make such a big deal out of a little sig line just because you don't like my views. the list rules say a sig can be anything that is not profane or generally offensive, since you are the only person to complain, i'd say it's not that offensive to most people. treason would be to do nothing while the constitution is systematically and deliberately dismantled. politicians who seek to promote their positions using 9/11 as a thinly disguised excuse are both dishonest and attempting to pull the wool over your eyes, sadly it seems to have worked for some. i know plenty of republicans who agree with me. no religious statement was included in my sig, though mild religious statements are in fact allowed on this list and other list that i'm on, some far more focused and highly technical with thousands of subscribers. you seem to have a real problem with free speech that you don't happen to like, i guess you don't understand the point of free speech or it's value. to the list, i'm really sorry this is taking up bandwidth and your time, i'm also really offended by the accusations this poster has made about my patriotism and my motives, and the huge leaps of illogic into things not even touched on in the apparently offensive signature, which was adopted after said person whined to the nanny (the correct procedure, rather than whining on list!) previously which resulted in me using this sig rather than the last one. and whom apparently can't be pleased. obviously said person would prefer it if i had no keyboard so that he doesn't have to live in a cave. i promise that if no one else waste any more bandwidth on this that i won't either, and i do apologize but i am deeply, deeply offended by this witch hunt. anger management/general counseling are obviously what this whiner needs, desperately. he displays the type of inappropriate rage that's typical of people who go on shooting sprees. -- President George W.
