IYHO, IMHO, it displays a firm grasp of the constitution, law, and history. There are many legal scholars who agree with me, including many famous conservatives and republicans, i guess they are all ignorant as well. it in fact displays knowledge and understanding, not agreeing with it on the other hand demonstrates ignorance and a failure to understand the origins of the 3 part government and the intent for checks and balances against too much power in any one branch, as it's somewhat harder to corrupt multiple branches of government, though emperor bush has certainly done a fine job. why you can't even be in central park if you don't like bush, now that's free speech!
