Is there something on the install CD that you want specifically? I believe the 6214 came with some version of 7.5 and will run 7.5.1 through 9. If you are just trying to install an OS and not trying to run down the various apps that were included 7.5.5 is available from Apple, 8.x - 9.x are pretty cheap on ebay and OWC.
