That's true. Actually, our current working repository is a child of jdk7 master, however, it's using an older version. At some point we had to stop syncing, otherwise we would not have been able to finish the thing in time. Unfortunately this means that there are some unsynced changes that already went into jdk7 master, that will need to be merged, namely in the FontManager and related code.
