The app I mentioned in my bug-report uses the lwvcl widget library because its compatible with java-1.1, however it seems lwvcl is not developed any more ... so no luck. As far as I know even Swing uses (used) Xor for its JInternalFrames when OUTLINE_DRAG_MODE is set, don't know if that has been fixed already. Thanks, Clemens
