The test is missing the GPL. Make sure you copy one from a test so as
NOT to include the class path exception

The test in question was trying to connect to an address that when run
inside Oracle needs an HTTP proxy and the test system is not
configured with proxies so it's getting timed out.
The fix is to generate a simple pdf and use it from local folder.
Also, moved the test out of closed repo to general open domain.
