I am not an expert in this code, but a few notes.
- The main question is: is a problem in the "Windowed flag" or in the method "D3DContext::ConfigureContext" which treats non-/windowed windows in different way. - Is the changes in the D3DGraphicsDevice.java were made intentionally, if yes then removeFSWindowListener should be changed as well?
 - is it possible to automate the test?
