You should get a lot of it back, but you have very likely suffered some permanent damage. The good news is, you may not notice it after a while. See a doc if you're concerned. I'm not an ear doctor but I play one on the 313 list. Actually I used to work in an auditory research lab at WSU where I measured the affect of loud machine noise on test subjects' hearing (among other things).
