I have the Electrofunk/ Assault Rifle version and was a bit let down after the first listen.
I'd heard many of his best tracks at various clubs and had always liked them: a guilty pleasure. The "Belle Isle Tech" album may be one of his worst, in my opinion. The first CD is all gangster rap that has an NWA sense of attitude and a 2 Live Crew sense of sexism. The beats are pretty good though. Just too bad Assault and De can't rap. The second disc is a mix. It's alright. The mixing is pretty bad, but he drops many of his best tracks including "Ass'n'titties," "sex on the beach," "shake it baby," etc. I'd recommend the "Mr. Muthafucka" compilation. It's not mixed, but it has many of his best tracks.
