Well this is what Hybrid said in their interview:

The only flaw on Hybrid's otherwise impeccable record could be their alleged
efforts to compel Swedish techno stalwart Cari Lekebusch to change the name
of his label, Hybrid Productions. Reports suggest that Lekebusch, who
subsequently renamed his concern H Productions, found himself unable to
release its back catalogue - leaving a big dent in the finances of an
underground set-up. Mullins is evasive when broached on the issue. "When you
come up with a name, you always try to come up with something original and
well thought out," says Lee, "but obviously other people have the same
idea... We have tried to make the name ours, if you like. Obviously where
other people are using it in a very similar vein, then there are legal
issues."

I don't know how you would confuse a breaktrance outfit and an underground
techno label, but there you go.
