Uh, that's one article that's been so important and influential to the
development of this music, at least in Europe I think. Thanks to that, one
time it was "must" for a producer to own DX100/909/808/Jupiter/AlesisMMT-8
or whatever... not to mention that little silver boxxx...otherwise you were
not really considered a "techno-producer" unless you had all the classic
gear. I'm talking about Europe here of course....
Was it good or bad for the scene? What would the music sound like if there
had been some new wondersynths at the time (early 90's) and people had used
those instead of the Roland arsenal...
