Hello, As far as I know, The Mental Machine was self-published and has been out of print for some time. A friend of mine recently got a copy for her birthday, which is quite a present if you ask me.
I am sure there are still copies floating around Detroit somewhere. Check John King and other used book stores around the area, I have to imagine one will come up eventually.
