That may be the West Sound Circle event. It was released on CD and mixed in
dolby surround sound. Had contributions from Async Sense, Sun Electric and
Holy Language featuring Dr. Motte circa 1995, distributed by EFA. These are
the liner notes:

"On December 8, 1995, the west sound circle was installed in the legendary
e-werk in Berlin. This event marked a turning point in the evolution of the
clubbing experience. Through the use of state of the art quadrophonic sound
engineering, renowned DJs and live acts created for the first time ever a
rare multidimensional landscape of sound.

Highlights from th ewest sound circle have been remixed for this recording.
All tracks are produced for hi-fi systems..."

Yada yada yada. Pretty cool CD, although my parents dolby surround didn't
quite do it justice. I bet it would be sweet in a movie theatre or an
equipped club.
