Just picked up this record yesterday, it's pretty cool! This is definitely Anthony Rother then? Nothing like a bit of electro now and then. I was a bit uncertain about hearing the downtempo tracks as sometimes downtempo leaves me a bit down (the new recloose excluded). They're actually not that slow anyway. I know we had a thread about downtempo recently - did anyone mention 'Summertime is here'? This theo parrish release is an excellent downtempo track.
