Hi, I cant quite afford a TR-909 or 808 yet so Im planning on buying a TR-606 or TR-707. This is the first drum machine I've ever bought, although I've worked with others before.
Im particularly interested in the opinions of people who have worked first hand with these intstruments - which one would you buy? I dont mind the difficulty of learning to program them, so the factors that I would like opinions on are : which one in general sounds better (close to a tr-909)? and also, which one would make more sense to own in someone starting to build up enough equipment to write some tracks? opinions on other synths/drum machines up to $400 would be appreciated also, thanks -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] ------------------------------------------------------------ House music all night long.
