What kind of rights? I don't understand. He surely didn't BUY the rights to film Metropolis, like Michael Jackson did with the Beatles :) Or did he?

What will the guy come up with next?

I'm wondering how he hasn't made any film contributions earlier, even for small indy films. To me "Cycle 30" was film music. It reminded me of the early Film noir, Lang's "M" and such expressionist films, with those classic psycho strings and DARK atmospheres. Classy.
