If it were me, I'd go see Sutekh, no question. I really like his DJing style - he's adventurous, mixing up lots of genres and records you'd never guess would go together. On top of all that, he's very smooth technically, so it's not like "adventurous but doesn't pull it off". I've never heard Ben Sims DJ, though, so don't take that as a comment on his skills or style.
