ok...thought i would send a message to the list directly related to music
that has come out recently since i am sick of deleting 50 emails about
boring topics. Stuff I have found very nice at the record
store in the past couple weeks:

new joshua 12" on Seasons called Dubwise - this guy is one of the greatest
and if you are familiar with his great records under the guises of
Circulation on balance and prescription, Iz (joshua with diz from chi.) &
Diz, Stereo People, C++, and Free Energy, you will want to pick this up.
It's very good and you can't pigeonhole it as "tech-house" It's just damn
good music period. and samples arranged by Joshua are done with such
precision. and you might as well pick up the more recent Joshua 12" on
Tweekin' both are highly recommended.

John Tejada on de:focus called The Matrix Makes Us - this is one of the
best tejada records I have heard...not what you would expect from john and
very good. i use to be kinda iffy about his music, but he has really
improved over the years and is really one of the best american producers.
a very diverse producer at that.

also picked up this doublepack on Aspect Music with a few tracks by Soul
Capsule...guessing baby ford had a hand on the production of this or I
might be wrong and it is probably just a comp. Real nice house music
though...guess you could play this with your favorite lo soul and isolee
or playhouse records. Anybody have more info on this new label?

also picked up a new 12" on Pomelo? who did this? I am not for certain,
but I think it might be Hi-Lo...completely wasted one side of the vinyl
with a track that runs off into a locked groove. The 2 on the flip are
pretty decent and nice if you like what comes out on GROW!

heard the new photek album...wasn't into it...why did the best tracks on
the album have to layed over by vocals? And I love Robert Owens but this
ruined it for me.

ok anybody else wanna post some reviews? feel free to jump in.
Somebody say something about what the new (wait! actually 313
related!) Perspects on clone is like.
