I'll be in the UK from whenever I decide to leave Belgium after "I Love Techno" on the 11th and get done in Paris until the 26th of November. So I'll probably hit the UK around the 15th. I've had a number of places recommended already, so I'm hoping people in the UK can let me know the haps during that time so I can figure out when to go to Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberbeen, or the Manchester-Leeds-Sheffield area. I've never been to Glasgow or Aberdeen so those are pretty near the tops of my list. Home base will be in London where my Mom lives, so I'll be spending the majority of my time there. These are some of the places I've had recommended so far, some with hesitancy: The End Fabric Sub Club Pure Rub-A-Dub It probably goes without saying that I hope to avoid cheesy music, but I can handle a cheesy crowd. That doesn't bother me if the music's good. And if anyone know of things to do in Paris from the 12th - 14th, and beyond that if the event is worth a trip back down there, that'd be great too.
