Without Philip to write it, it would suck big time I feel and it would take
some major bucks to get any film to the next major step in sci-fi...that
would be some level to have the same impact as Bladerunner

Maybe an approach similar to Valis-trilogy (or quadralogy if you count
Radio Free Albemuth, which I do) would do for the script, similar story
elements and themes, but each set into a different alternative reality.
