I had this problem with trying to buy Laurent Garnier's "Public
Outburst" and I tried every store I could find to no avail. Andrew
Duke tried to buy it as well and apparently Canada is out of bounds
too. Is it possible that they are just not licensed for online sale in
the US or North America, period?
