Hi all Happy easter to all! Last night in Sydney Rick Wilhite played for 4 hours, absolutely incredible. Played house, detroit, and a bit of the good old techno just for a good measure.
After the party he got a bit bombarded with techno nerd questions, but we talked barbecue he thinks the best ribs in Detroit are in Chicken Shack on Northwestern Highway. I only saw him once in Detroit DEMF - I don't think he tours much? Moodymann played here on Thursday and Stacey Pullen is playing today. Didn't make it out to Moodymann and not going to Stacey, but it's very odd to have everyone in town this Easter long weekend. m
