I got my book quite a few months back. Pretty sure I only got it then as I’d commented on a post on Facebook asking when it was coming out as I saw Tresor were selling some, but I’d donated on the Indigogo thingy.
I received it from a person in Sydney (I’m in Adelaide) who seemed to be involved with Tresor. I’d ordered the hardback, but received the softcover.
