Sonic Boom (aka Pete Kember from Spacemen3 and Spectrum) was the EAR mastermind. I believe Kevin participated in a few releases only.
Millenium Music is highly recommended. And if you haven't checked out My Bloody Valentine, it is more ahead of it's time than most (if not ALL) techno IMHO and i don't think anyone will ever match it.
