One of the tracks of the Sound on Sound EP samples Heaven 17's "Fascist Groove Thing" (!). I don't have the EP to hand to check but I think it was 'Rushed' - I can't put names to the songs except "Sub Seducer" from that - so that could be what you're looking for. Hope that helps, Jonny.
