The way to do it may be to allow people to post one 'spam' related post every week/two weeks which may allow them to draw our attention to several tracks at once, or gather together lists, etc. I don't mind either way as it's easy to delete something if it's not relevant to me or doesn't interest me. I am sure there is a way of doing this that keeps everyone happy somehow.
