Right,

Alltough I feel that sometimes the rules are a bit to rigid (in the heads of 
some people). I also feel that you should put the links to your MP3's in the 
footer of the message. But to say it all has to be 313 area related, then I 
think it's too narrow. The emphasis should be on 313. But otherwise you should 
ban everyone living outside of the area and only discuss local things (which 
isn't stated in the message of the "listowner").

But hey we could be discussing house tracks to (because they have a resemblance 
to a Moodymann record or a Theo Parrish one, or a Rick Whilite etc.) and not 
only Techno. So yes keep it in a certain framework but don't shoot people for 
occasionally going on a selfpugging mission, as long as they keep it in the 
footer. 

And yes a page with music from listsubscribers would be a good idea. So go 
ahead 
and do it. (personally i'm mostly annoyed because i can't go and listen to the 
tracks since MP3.com is banned on my workplace and i still don't have access at 
home, working on it tough....)
